By using Timeburn and its games you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
1. The service
Timeburn provides free, ad-supported browser games and tools "as is" and "as available". They may change, break, or go offline at any time, and content may contain errors. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the sites, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Fair use
Do not attempt to overload the sites, scrape them at high rates, automate AI features, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with other players. Leaderboard nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal data about anyone; we may remove entries at our discretion.
3. Content
The sites' code, design and hand-made content are owned by the operator of Timeburn. Generated content (such as AI-designed puzzles) is produced by automated systems and is provided for personal, educational use. You may share screenshots and your results freely. Things you build inside a game are yours.
4. Advertising and third parties
Ads are served by Google AdSense under its own terms and policies. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for third-party sites.
5. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
